POPULAR ADDITIONAL UPGRADES

Thermal Conductivity Module

A double wire cantilevered glass probe has been produced for scanned probe microthermal resistivity and topographic measurements. The structure has many potential unique properties for SPM and other nano-technological measurements. The probe operation is based on the linear dependence of Pt resistance to temperature.

For more info and specs see: http://www.nanonics.co.il/our-products/thermal-resistive-probes

Electrical Measurements

Module for electrical measurements for conducting AFM and spreading resistance measurements.

For more info and specs see: http://www.nanonics.co.il/our-products/electrical-probes

pic11Fountain Pen

Nanonics fountain pen nanolithography technology enables both chemical nanolithography and online imaging with multiple probes. The fountain approach offers many unique advantages including flexibility to write any material on any substrate. See more
