z_profile_358  X-Z Scan of the above fiberlens show the optical Z distribution of the focused light coming out of the fiberlens obtain with the Smart Z Profiler starting from Near-field up to 20 microns above the surface. 
 profiles_363  Optical distribution of different x cross sections obtain at different Z heights above the surface. Green bold plot shows the highest intensity and smaller spot size of beam at focus plan 9 microns above the surface.
