The Nanonics Cryoview system provides an ideal SPM platform for studying optical, electrical, and thermal transport and dynamic processes at low temperature in a variety of applications including 2D materials such as graphene, hexagonal boron nitride (h-BN), dichalcogenides (MoS2), etc. The Cryoview is uniquely suited to conduct studies in dynamics, photodconductivity, electrical conductivity, and other phenomena of such materials.
